Haute Gals Return Policy

Haute Gals will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label to original form of payment. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 DAYS (NOT business days) (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order. After a return request is submitted and a return authorization number is received the item(s) MUST be shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. You also MUST include the return authorization number in the return package.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria will be declined.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow Haute Gals 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Haute Gals will e mail you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
